Shipping policy

Shipping/Delivery (***ALL STICKER ORDERS MUST READ***)

All domestic vinyl sticker orders to the U.S. have free shipping (yay~!), and will be sent as stamped mail via USPS. This method allows us to keep costs for our products both affordable and sustainable :) 

In other words, a tracking number will NOT be given for vinyl sticker orders! Please keep this in mind, as you won't be able to know where your stickers are until they arrive in your mail. While estimated dates can vary based on location, USPS First Class Mail is known to take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for all sticker orders to arrive.

NOTE: Please do not panic if your order is taking a while, as envelope/mail delivery routes are different than from packages and are commonly known to take a bit longer. Please be patient ♡ However, if you have any issues with your order (for instance, sticker order taking longer than 2-3 weeks), please don't hesitate to reach out to me and we will work together to find a solution!

Shipping/Delivery for ALL OTHER ITEMS:

All other domestic orders, including orders with stickers + any other product (phone charms, keychains, notebooks, etc.), will be delivered via a tracking number with USPS :) Depending on the delivery option, your items should arrive approximately within a week. Similarly, if you experience any issues with your order, please notify us at salmonmoonart@hotmail.com so we may find a solution :)
